| 摘 要： | 中医学现代研究进行了60余年,但还未解决在＂真实世界＂研究的方法学问题,缺少适用方法是一个关键所在。作者从＂脏气法时＂研究谈起,指出了当前研究存在的一个普遍问题：多数研究忽视了＂脏气法时＂思想的＂脏-时对应＂这一重要特征。提出四时脉及其参数是研究＂脏气法时＂的有效途径,并以日节律研究为例,说明寸口脉及其特征参数是开展中医学现代研究的有效方法。
