| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨16层螺旋CT多平面重组(MPR)诊断真菌性鼻窦炎价值。方法:采用16层螺旋CT对真菌性鼻窦炎患者进行轴扫并多平面重组,分析多平面重组(MPR)对真菌性鼻窦炎基本征象的显示及价值。结果:16层螺旋CT轴扫并多平面重组(MPR)的图像与冠状扫描的图像质量无差异。结论:16层螺旋CT多平面重组(MPR)能够克服冠状扫描限制,更加简单、细微、准确、完整显示真菌性鼻窦炎的基本征象,为真菌性鼻窦炎的诊断提供更多信息。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the value of 16-slice spiral CT MPR in diagnosing fungal paranasal sinusitis.
