脑白质疏松症的影像诊断

目的：探讨脑白质疏松的CT、MRI影像学特点，以提高对脑白质疏松的影像学诊断认识。材料与方法：本组130例，男性83例，女性47例，年龄50岁-95岁，平均76岁。临床症状均有头晕、恶心及偏瘫、肢麻、失语、认识障碍或痴呆等神经症状，结合CT、MRI特点对照分析。结果：本病好发于50岁以上，并与年龄成正比，临床上常伴高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化、糖尿病等危险因素；渐进性痴呆和治理减退是常见表现；多伴发急性或亚急性卒中，出现感觉、语言及运动障碍。CT、MRI特征表现为双侧脑室周围脑白质大致对称性低密度及低信号灶，或并发脑梗塞、脑出血及脑萎缩。结论：熟悉本病的临床和CT、MRI特点，对提高本病的CT、MRI诊断正确率有重要价值。

Imaging Diagnosis of leukoaraiosis

Purpose： To explore CTand MRI characters of leukoaraiosis（ LA）, in order to improve diagnostic level of LA. Materials and Methods： 130 LA eases（male 183, female 47, mean age 76 years old）were examined. Its elinieal features included mental dysfunction or dementia. CT , MRI features were eombined for analysis. Results： LA were more often above 50 years old, its occurrence was correlative with ages. It could be aeeompanied by hypertension, eoronary cardiac disease, arteriosclerosis, diabetes. Its common clinical features included gradual dementia and mental degeneration. Acute or subaeute stroke and dysfunetions of feeling, motor, language were found. Its CT and MILl features included bilateral symmetric thite matter hypodensity. It could be accompanied by cerebral infarction, hemorrhage and atrophy. Conclusion： To understand elinieal and CT , MILl characters of LA is important for improving CT and MRI diaguostie level of LA.
