改良式非脱垂子宫经阴道全切术76例临床分析

目的：比较非脱垂子宫改良经阴道切除术与经腹切除术的手术疗效。方法：分析比较非脱垂子宫行改良经阴道全子宫切除术76例与前期指征相近经腹全子宫切除术76例的疗效。结果：改良阴式子宫切除术组在手术时间、术中出血量方面优于经腹组（P〈0.05）,在术后感染率、术后肛门排气时间、术后住院时间及术后下床活动时间等方面明显优于经腹组（P〈0.01）,在术后尿管保留时间及术后3个月阴道残端愈合率方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：改良阴式子宫切除术具有腹腔干扰小,术后疼痛轻,并发症少,恢复快,住院天数短等优点,是临床值得推广的一种子宫全切方法。

Clinical analysis of hysterectomy for improved non-prolapsed uterus by vaginal

Objective：To compare effect of hysterectomy for improved non-prolapsed uterus by vaginal and abdominal resection surgery.Methods： Analysised 76 cases of hysterectomy for improved non-prolapsed uterus by vaginal and another 76 cases indications of abdominal resection surgery who had similaration.Results：The group of improved non-prolapsed uterus by vaginal had less amount of bleeding than the other group （P0.05）,and that was better in cases of postoperative infection, postoperative anal exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative time to get out of bed（ P0.01）.There was no significant difference in postoperative catheter retention time and after 3 months healing rate of vaginal stump. Conclusion：Improved non-prolapsed uterus by vaginal is good at abdominal disturbance small, light pain, less complications and faster recovery, shorter hospital stay, etc.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
