围术期活血化瘀中药注射剂的应用分析及用药干预

目的评估我院围术期活血化瘀中药注射剂使用状况，对不合理用药进行用药干预。方法随机抽取我院2010年10-12月11个手术科室围术期使用活血化瘀注射剂的病历138份，对其适应证、给药时间、用法、用量、用药疗程、配伍方法、联合用药、药物相互作用、药物不良反应进行分析。结果外科围术期使用活血化瘀中药注射剂11种，用药时间平均8．5d，适应证符合率为76．8％，两种以上药物混合配伍输注22．46％，超出说明书规定剂量使用10．86％，药物不良反应发生率6．52％。结论围术期活血化瘀中药注射剂的使用应严格执行国家卫生部颁布的《中药注射剂临床使用原则》及药品说明书的规定，规范、合理用药。

Analysis and Intervention of the Perioperative Application of the Traditional Medicine Injections for Invigorating Blood Circulation and Eliminating Stasis

Objective To evaluate the perioperative application of the traditional medicine injections for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis in our hospital and interfere in the unreasonable application.Methods Case files of patients undergoing this group of traditional medicine injections during October and December in 2010 in eleven operation divisions in our hospital were drawn out randomly(n=138).The indications,administration time,courses of application,directions and dosage,compatibilities,combinations,drug interactions and adverse effects were analyzed respectively.Results Eleven categories of traditional medicine injections were used perioperatively to prevent concurrent diseases.The average course of application was 8.5 days.The coincidence rate of indications was 76.8%.22.46% of the patients used the combination of the above two categories of medicines.The rate of overdosage application was 10.86% and the rate of drug adverse effects was 6.52%.Conclusion The perioperative application of traditional medicine injections should be specified,and the basic principle of clinical application of traditional medicine injections should be reasonable and consistent.
