| 摘 要： | 在世界范围内癌症病因学已有一定的变化,其中饮食、肥胖已成为重要的因素,由此出现的胰岛素综合征可造成乳腺癌、前列腺癌、结肠癌和其他肿瘤发生率增加。活化了的酪氨酸激酶通路通过胰岛素、胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)-1和IGF-2受体可能是恶性肿瘤的介导物质,其潜在机制也包括核因子(NF)-κB所引起的一系列瀑布效应。

| Abstract: | There are some changes in etiology of cancer around the world,among which drink and food and fat have become the main factors.Insulin syndrome resulting from that increased the incidence of breast cancer,prostatic carcinoma,colon cancar and the other cancers.Activated PTK pathway maybe the mediating substances in malignant tumor by (IGF)-1 and IGF -2 receptor,its potential mechanism still includes a series of water fall effects resulting from nuclear factor. |
