湖南省肿瘤医院1987—1991年及2004—2006年子宫颈癌住院病人年龄分布趋势分析

目的了解湖南省肿瘤医院1987—1991年及2004—2006年两个阶段子宫颈癌住院病人平均年龄及分年龄段构成比。方法首先对在1987—1991年及2004—2006年两个阶段在本院住院治疗的子宫颈癌病例计算总体平均年龄，然后所有病例按年龄段分组，并计算各年龄段的人数构成比，最后两个阶段进行比较。结果1987—1991年期间住院病人平均年龄足（50．7±12．3）岁，2004—2006年期间住院病人的平均年龄是（45．8±11．6）岁。2004—2006年期间与1987—1991年期间相比较小于45岁的子宫颈癌住院病人构成明显增加（P〈0．01），大于46岁的子宫颈癌住院病人构成明显减少（P〈0．01）。结论近年来湖南省肿瘤医院子宫颈癌住院病人的发病年龄明显提前，子宫颈癌病人年轻化是广大肿瘤防治工作者应关注的一个信息。

Analysis on Age Distribution Trend of Hospitalized Patients with Cervical Cancer During the Two Periods of 1987～1991 and 2004～2006 in Hunan Provincial Tumor Hospital

Objective To study average age distribution and composition ratio of hospitalized patients with cervical cancer during the two periods of 1987～ 1991 and 2004～2006 in Hunan Provincial Tumor Hospital. Methods The average age distributions of hospitalized patients with cervical cancer in the two periods of 1987～ 1991 and 2004～2006 in Hunan Provincial Tumor Hospital were calculated and compared, Results The average age of inpatients was ,50.7± 12.3 in the period of 1987～ 1991 and 45.8 ±11.6 in the period of 2004～ 2006. The inpatients 〈 45 years of age with cervical cancer in the period of 2004～2005 was increased significantly as compared to those of in the period of 1987～ 1991 （P〈 0.01 ）, while the inpatients 〉 46 years of age with cervical cancer in the period of 2004～ 2006 was decreased significantly as compared to those of in the period of 1987～ 1991 （P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The results suggest that the onset age of inpatients with cervical cancer is ahead significantly in Hunan Provincial Tumor Hospital in the recent decade. Medical professionals of tumor prevention and cure should pay attention to the trend of cervix carcinoma in young women.
