摘    要:目的探讨新时期本科护理教育的改革方向,建立更好的教学体系。方法改革原有的课程设置,对50名2000级学生按传统课程授课,50名2001级学生按改革后的课程授课。均于第4学年实习期末采用问卷形式对两级学生及其临床带教老师(随机抽取75人)进行理论知识水平和操作技能等7个方面的自评及他评。结果无论是学生自评还是教师评价,2001级学生在理论知识和操作技能、整体护理、健康教育、沟通交流能力、授课能力、论文写作方面评分均显著高于2000级(均P<0.05)。结论改革教学模式可使学生知识、能力、素质获得综合提高、全面发展,对满足现代化高等护理人才的需求至关重要。

Abstract:Objective To explore the way of reforming curriculum design for baccalaureate nursing program in order to set up a better frame for the system to meet the new requirements of society.Methods The old educational system was restructured and a new course system has been established. Fifty baccalaureate nursing students of year 2000 were taught on the traditional curriculum; while 50 baccalaureate nursing students of year 2001 were offered new curriculum. The students were evaluated in terms of their mastery theory and practical skills by themselves and by their teachers of clinical courses (75 randomly selected).Results Evaluations by students themselves and their (teachers) showed that the students of year 2001 significantly outperformed their counterparts of year 2000 in terms of their mastery professional skills, theoretical knowledge, holistic nursing and health education, communication and instruction skills, paper writing ability etc (P<0.05 for all). Conclusion The reform of the course design can help enhance the knowledge, ability, and quality of the nursing students.
