| 摘 要： | 妊娠期糖尿病是指在妊娠期间首次发生或发现的糖代谢异常。其对孕妇、胎儿、新生儿有诸多的影响。同时妊娠期糖尿病孕妇以后发生糖尿病的危险性增加。现在对妊娠期糖尿病的研究已深入到基因学方面,已有研究发现部分基因多态性与妊娠期糖尿病相关,如磺脲类药物受体基因等。

| Abstract: | Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)referes to abnormal glycometabolism detected at the first time during pregnancy,which will do more harmful to pregnant,fetus and neonatus.At the meantime,pregnant with gestational diabetes mellitus has more dangerous to bear diabetes in the future.The study about geatational diabetes has been furthered into gene level,and some data shows that polymorphism of some genes is related to GDM,for example sulfonylurea receptor gene. |
