铁路职工脂肪肝患病情况及其与血脂、血糖关系

目的了解铁路职工脂肪肝的患病情况及其与血脂、血糖的关系。方法对21-60岁铁路职工健康查体中经B超确诊的脂肪肝患者1299例和非脂肪肝者2221例进行甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、空腹血糖（FBG）测定。结果脂肪肝患病率为36．9％（1299／3520），随年龄增长而上升，各年龄组患病率差别有统计学意义（χ^2=14．82，P〈0．01）。男性患病率（47．2％）高于女性（9．8％），差别有统计学意义（χ^2=420．50，P〈0．01）。脂肪肝组TG、TC、FBG均高于对照组（P〈0．01）。随脂肪肝程度加重。TG、TC、FBG水平升高，各组间差别均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论铁路职工脂肪肝患病率较高，其患病与年龄、性别、血脂、血糖等有关。

Study of Prevalence and Related Risk Factors of Fatty Liver in Railway Employees

Objective To investigate the prevalence and the associated risk factors of fatty liver disease in railway employees. Methods 3 520 railway employees aged 21-60 were observed, 1 299 cases of fatty liver who were diagnosed by uhrasonography and 2 221 normal controls. Plasma triglycerides （TG）, total cholesterol （TC） and fasting blood glucose （FBG） were determined. Results The prevalence rate of fatty liver was 36.9% （1 299/3 520）. It increased with age. The prevalence rate of fatty liver in the groups with different age was significantly different （χ^2= 14.82, P〈0.01）. It was higher in male than that in female （47.2% vs 9.8%, P〈0.01）. TG, TC and FBG were significantly higher in fatty liver group than those in control group （P〈0.01）. As the fatty liver disease got worse, levels of plasma TG, TC and FBG increased, there was significant differences between groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The prevalence rate of fatty liver in railway employees is higher. The prevalence of fatty liver has a positive correlation with the age, gender, plasma lipids and blood glucose.
