刃厚皮片皮囊植入治疗真性颞下颌关节强直36例

目的观察应用刃厚皮片皮囊作为间置物治疗真性颞下颌关节强直的临床效果。方法36例真性颞下颌关节强直患者,经耳前进路,凿除关节区增生和融合的骨质,保持凿开间隙至少1.0 cm,形成的假关节间隙内植入刃厚皮片皮囊。结果36例均痊愈出院。术后28例随访2-7 a,26例恢复良好,张口度平均为3.19±0.43 cm;2例复发,复发率7.14%。结论用刃厚皮片皮囊作为间置物治疗真性颞下颌关节强直是一种简单有效的方法。

Razor-thin skin graft as insertion for treatment of 36 cases of ankylosis of temporo-mandibular joint

Objective To study the clinical effects of using razor-thin skin graft as insertion to treat ankylosis of temporo-mandibular joint(TMJ).Methods Thirty-six patients with ankylosis of TMJ were treated with razor-thin skin graft.The hyperplastic and hyperplastic bone in the hinge region was resected with a space(at least 1.0 cm) left.The razor-thin skin graft was implant into the prefabricated space.Results Among 36 cases,28 cases were followed up for 2～7 years,26 cases recover well,the average mouth opening was 3.19±0.43 cm;Two cases were recurred,the recurrence rate was 7.14%.Conclusion The way of using razor-thin skin graft as insertion to treat ankylosis of TMJ is simple and effective.
