不同制剂密盖息对血液透析患者肾性骨病的效果比较

目的比较不同制剂密盖息对血液透析伴肾性骨病患者的疗效。方法选择维持性血透治疗伴肾性骨病的患者48例,随机分为两组,一组给予密盖息注射液50IU,肌肉注射,前2周每日1次,第3、4周隔日1次,后每周2次。另一组给予密盖息鼻喷剂200IU,前2周每日1次,后隔日1次。3个月一疗程。监测治疗前后股骨颈骨密度,并检测治疗前后血钙、血磷、血iPTH及患者症状改善情况。结果两组治疗前后血钙、血磷、iPTH均有明显降低,骨密度增加。两组疗效差异无显著性。密盖息鼻喷剂组不良反应少。结论密盖息对肾性骨病治疗效果好。鼻喷剂副作用少,更为简便、实用。

The Effect of Miacalcic for Hemodialysis Patients by Different Delivery Methods

Objective To compare the different effect of Miacalcic for hemodialysis patients by different delivery methods.Methods 48 cases of chronic hemodialysis patients with renal osteodystrophy were divided into two groups,one group was given Miacalcic intramuscular injection 50IU,the first two weeks once a day,the 3rd and 4th weeks once every other day,then twice a week.The other group was given Miacalcic nasal spray 200IU,the first two weeks once a day,then every other day.Both were treated for three months.The femoral neck bone mineral density and serum calcium,phosphorus,serum iPTH,and symptoms improvement were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the serum calcium,phosphorus,iPTH of both groups were significantly lower,and the bone density increased.There was no significant different between two groups.Miacalcic nasal spray group had fewer adverse reactions.Conclusion Miacalcic has good effect on the treatment of renal osteodystrophy.Nasal spray has fewer side effects and is more convenient and practical.
