| 摘 要： | 医用耗材管理是目前国内医院物资管理的热点和难点，本文提出了一种新的管理模式一医用耗材超市，指出建立耗材超市必须具备人员、场地、物资和供应商等四个方面的条件，讨论了耗材超市的优点，最后指出耗材超市虽然还有一些问题亟待解决，但它是一种耗材供应的新模式、新思路，它在减少医院流动资金、减少流通环节等方面取得了很多实效。

| Abstract: | Puts forward a kind of new management mode - supermarket of disposable materials. And points out that there must be four necessary conditions of personnel, area materials and suppliers to establish a super market, and discusses its advantages. Points out Finally that although there are some problems needmg to be resolved, it is a kind of new mode and new way to supply disposable materials. |
