补阳还五汤及拆方预处理对心肌缺血再灌注损伤家兔氧化指标的影响

摘    要:目的探讨补阳还五汤对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护机制及其配伍规律。方法40只家兔随机分为假手术组、模型组、补阳还五汤组、补气组及活血通络组。分别预处理1周后,结扎左冠状动脉前降支建立心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型。测定各组心电图ST段、心肌梗死面积、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果与模型组比较,各用药组心肌梗死范围、ST段上抬幅度及血清MDA含量明显降低(P〈0.01,P〈0.0.5),血清SOD的活性显著升高(P〈0.01,P〈0.0.5),且补阳还五汤组作用最明显。结论补阳还五汤及拆方可清除氧自由基,减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤,补阳还五汤组的疗效明显优于拆方组,并间接阐释本方“气旺以促血行”的配伍理论。

Effect of Buyanghuanwu decoction and divided-formula pretreatment on oxidative indexes of MIRI Rabbits

Abstract:Objective To explore the protective mechanisms and the compatibility method of Buyanghuanwu decoction (BHD) on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury (MIRI). Methods 40 rabbits were randomly divided into five groups : the sham group, the model group, the BHD group, the invigorating vital energy group, the promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction group. The models of MIRI were established by ligating the branch of left coronary artery a week after pretreating. The size of myocardial infarct, the shape of ST segment in EGC, the contents of superoxidedimuase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum of each group were detected. Results The size of myocardial infarct, the raising extent of ST segment and the contents of MDA in serum in each treatment group were significantly decreased in comparison with those in the model group (P 〈 0. 01, P 〈0. 05) , and the activity of SOD in serum were significantly increased ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ). And the effects of BHD group most significantly. Conclusion BHD and Divided - formulae can clean oxyradical, lessen MIRI, explain the compatibility theory of " vigorous pneuma can promote walking of blood" by the most significant curative effect of BHD.
