干扰素α-2b联合氧化苦参碱胶囊抗肝纤维化作用的研究

目的探讨干扰素α-2b联合氧化苦参碱胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法90例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为4组,联合组予干扰素、苦参碱胶囊治疗,与对照组、苦参碱组、干扰素组疗效进行比较。结果症状体征消失率和无变化率:对照组为50%和20%,苦参碱组为65%和25%,干扰素组70%和10%;联合组症状为87%和0。联合组对血清肝纤维化指标的改善作用优于对照组、苦参碱组和干扰素组,HA、Ⅳ-C水平低于干扰素组(P<0.01),PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C水平低于苦参碱素组(P<0.01)。结论联合应用干扰素、苦参碱是治疗慢性肝炎、预防肝硬化的有效方法。

Action study of interferon α-2b combined with ammothamnine capsule on hepatic fibrosis

Objective It is to study the clinical curative effect of interferon α-2b combined with ammothamnine capsule on hepatic fibrosis in patients with chronic type B hepatitis. Methods 90 patients with chronic type B hepatitis were randomly divided into 4 groups. Combined group were treated with interferon α-2b and ammothamnine capsule. The curative effect was compared with that of control group, ammothamnine group and interferon group. Results The symptom disappearing rate and invariable rate of control group, ammothamnine group, interferon group and combined group were 50% and 20%, 65% and 25%, 70% and 10%, 87% and 0 respectively. The improvement effect on serum hepatic fibrosis indexes in combined group was better than that in control group, ammothamnine group and interferon group. The levels of HA, IV-C in combined group were lower than those in interferon group and the levels of PCⅢ, IV-C were lower than those in ammothamnine group (P<0.01).Conclusion Interferon combined with ammothamnine is an effective method to treat chronic hepatitis and to prevent hepatic cirrhosis.
