| 摘 要： | 对13例男性肺心病急性发作期患者进行的肾上腺皮质功能研究结果表明：患病组基础ACTH在正常值范围内，且略高于正常对照组。基础皮质醇显著高于正常对照组（P＜0．01）。经ACTH兴奋后患病组血清皮质醇峰值出现时间与正常对照组相同，但对ACTH反应呈持久高分泌状态。说明无严重并发症的肺心病患者肾上腺皮质功能在正常范围。

| Abstract: | In order to study the function of hypothalamic pituitary-adrenal axis in 13 male patients with mild hypoxia and moderate hypercarbia during acute attack stage of pulmonary heart disease, the concentrations of serum ACTH and cortisol were measurred and the response of cortisol to ACTH were observed by radioimmunoassay, with 8 healthy men serving as control. The results showed that ①the basic values of serum ACTH and cortisol in the patients were all higher than those in the control, but they were in normal range;②After intramuscular injection of 50U ACTH, the serum level of cortisol in patient's group d the peak values appearred most simultaneously. The results suggerst that the function of pituitary-adrenal axis does not reduce in patients with pulmonary heart disease. However, for severe patients, it should be further studied. |
