| 摘 要： | 观察国产新药甲磺酸多沙唑嗪（doxazosinmesylate）口服给药对清醒肾性高血压犬的降压作用。动物分组饲服本品0．1、0．3、1．0mg／kg后，均引起显著的血压下降，并呈剂量依赖性。单剂量给药后6小时达峰作用，药效维持24小时以上．连续给药2周降压作用稳定无耐受性．本品对心率影响甚微，且未见首剂现象及其它明显不良反应。

| Abstract: | The antihypertensive action of China-made doxazosin mesylate was investigated in con-scious renal hypertensive dogs after oral administration. Dogs given doxazosin 0. 1, 0. 3 and 1.0mg/kg respective1y showed evident and dose-dependent falls in blood pressure. The makimum action oc-curred around 6th hour after a single dose and lasted for more than 24 hours. Reopted doses for 2weeks produced consistent antihypertensive effect without causing tolerance. The heart rate changs were minimal and neither first-dose phenomenon nor other noticeable adverse reactions were observedduring the Period of administration. |
