| 摘 要： | 报告1985年1月至1995年1月早期食管癌贲门癌25例的手术治疗体会。所有病人都有轻度的与吞咽有关的症状。术前X线、内窥镜及食管拉网细胞学检查诊断准确率分别为72％、82．4％和87．5％。术后1、3、5、10年生存率分别为100％、94．1％、85．7％和50％，效果较为满意。作者对早期癌的诊断及手术治疗问题进行了重点讨论。

| Abstract: | The article presents the clinical diagnosis and treatment of early carcinoma of esophagus and cardia. Among the 25 reported cases (14 male and 11 female; 34 to 64 years of age, averaged 52 years), 20 were of esophagel carcinoma, and 5 of cardial carcinoma. All the cases complained of phagologically related symptoms of mild seventy. The correctness rate of preoperation diagnosis with X-ray, endoscopy and abrasive balloon cytocollections from esophagus was respectively 72%, 82. 4% and 87. 5%. The curative effect was satisfactory with 1, 3, 5 and 10 year survival rate being respectively 100%, 94. 1% 85. 75% and 50%. |
