| 摘 要： | 报告交通事故致颅脑损伤858例，分析了颅脑损伤与性别、年龄、致伤原因的相互关系。认为死亡与年龄、GCS（格拉斯哥计分、）致伤原因、致伤后的手术时间、急性小脑幕裂孔疝、多发伤等显著相关，建议加强交通综合治理，并强调缩短致伤后的手术时间是降低颅脑伤死亡率的关键。

| Abstract: | Eight hundred and fifty-eight cases of craniocerebral injury caused by traffic accientswere reported. The relationship between craniocerebral injuries and patients' sex, age, and traumatic cause was analysed. The total mortality in this series was 19. 11 % and was significantly related tothe patients' age, GCS, the length of time from injury to operation, traumatic cause and acute tentorial herniation. The authors that to shorten the period of time between injury and operation was thekey to decreasing mortality. |
