男性海洛因依赖者卡特尔16项人格特征分析

目的探讨男性海洛因依赖者的人格特征。方法对150例男性海洛因依赖者在生理脱毒后进行卡特尔16项人格特征（16PF）测评。结果16PF因子分中，海洛因依赖组在乐群性、敢为性、敏感性、幻想性、世故性、忧虑性、紧张性的分值高于常模，而聪慧性、稳定性、兴奋性、有恒性、怀疑性、实验性、独立性、自律性的分值低于常模。不同年龄和文化程度的海洛因依赖者比较，16PF因子T分有统计学差异，次级人格因素和特殊人格因素因子间无统计学差异。结论海洛因依赖者存在严重的人格偏差，主要表现为人格不成熟和焦虑、抑郁倾向.

Cattel-16PF analysis of male Heroin addicts

Objective To investigate the personality traits of male heroin addicts. Methods The Cattell-16PF Questionnaire was completed by 150 male heroin-dependent patients after physiological detoxification, Results A number of factors showed significant personality differences between the heroin addicts and the men in general. The male heroin addicts had higher scores in factors gregariousness, braveness, sensitivity, fantasy, sophisticate, worry, anxiety; while on the other hand, had lower scores in factors smart, stability, excitability, persistence, doubtness, experiment, independence, self-discipline compared to the general male population, T-scores of the 16PF factors showed differences statistically between heroin addicts with different age and levels of education, while second- order factors and specific factors had no distinction statistically. Conclusion The male heroin addicts showed great personality bias which manifests mainly as immature personality and they are more prone to acquisition of anxiety or depressive disorders.
