| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨使用胰岛素辅助中医辨证施治方法改善2型糖尿病胰岛β细胞功能方法的疗效及其可行性。方法：两组患者均停用其它降糖药而根据血糖监测结果使用胰岛素。其中观察组配合应用中药而对照组停用一切中药。结果：通过治疗前后空腹和餐后2小时血糖、胰岛素、C肽的差值比较,观察组方法显著优于对照组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。

| Abstract: | Objective:Study to use the insulin help Chinese herbal medicine improvement 2 hour of a diabetes of category mellitus the beta Cell of islet function clinic treatment result.Method:2 sufferers of group are all to stop lower the medicine of the blood sugar with the other,adjusting to use a quantity according to the variety of the blood sugar.Only have 1 group to apply the Chinese herbal medicine at the same time.Result:Pass the treatment in front and back of the mutual comparison of the blood sugar,serum insulin,Cpeptide,the treatment result that discovers the group of use the Chinese herbal medicine is very obviously excellent(P<0.05 or 0.01). |
