肝源性肝干细胞及对肝癌治疗的研究应用

肝干细胞是具有自我更新、高度增殖和多向分化潜能的肝内成体干细胞，与肝脏发育和再生修复密切相关。肝干细胞所具有的无限自我更新与双向分化能力使它成为治疗终末期肝病及制备生物人工肝最理想的细胞来源。从肝脏中存在干细胞样细胞的提出，到动物体内卵圆细胞的分离成功，再到人成体肝源性干细胞的发现，人们对肝干细胞的认识在不断深入，尤其是人成体肝源性肝干细胞的发现，为肝干细胞的临床应用提供了更广阔的空间，并可能为肝癌靶向治疗提供新的靶点，具有重要的临床意义。

Application of relevance between liver-derived stem cells and liver cancer

Liver-derived stem cells are adult liver hepatocytes which have capacity of self-renewing,highly proliferative and multi-differentiation potential .The cells are closely associated with liver development and regeneration .Unlimited self-renewal and bi-directional differentiation capacity of liver stem cells has made it become ideal cell source the treatment of end -stage liver disease and bioartificial .From the raised of the presence of stem-like cells in the liver ,then successfully isolated animals oval cells ,to the liver de-rived stem cells found in human adult body ,peoples are constantly in-depth understanding of liver stem cells .Especially the finding of human adult liver-derived stem cells,providing a broader space for clinical applications of liver-stem cells,may provide new targets for targeted therapy ,has important clinical significance .
