叉头框蛋白 M1、环氧合酶2在结肠癌组织中的表达及相关性分析

摘    要:目的:探讨叉头框蛋白M1(fork head box M1,FoxM1)和环氧合酶2(cyclooxygenase2,COX-2)在结肠癌(colorec-tal carcinoma,CRC)中的表达及两者的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测FoxM1和COX-2在95例CRC组织和40例正常结肠组织中的表达,分析FoxM1和COX-2与结肠癌临床病理参数间的关系及两者表达的相关性。结果 FoxM1和COX-2在CRC组织中表达阳性率分别为85.3%(81/95)和87.4%(83/95),显著高于正常结肠组织的7.5%(3/40)和12.5%(5/40)(P<0.05)。 FoxM1和COX-2的高表达与较多的淋巴结转移及较晚的临床分期密切相关(P<0.05),且两者在CRC中的表达强度呈正相关( r=0.638,P<0.05)。结论 FoxM1和COX-2的表达与CRC临床分期和淋巴结转移密切相关,提示其可能与CRC患者较差的预后相关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of fork head box M 1(FoxM1) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in color-ectal cancer (CRC) and analyze the correlation between them .Methods Expressions of FoxM1and COX-2 were examined in 95 CRC tissues and 40 normal colon tissues by immunohistochemistry .Then the relationships among expression of FoxM 1and COX-2 and clinico-pathological parameters of CRC analyzed .Results Both the positivity rates of FoxM 1 and COX-2 in CRC tissues were significantly higher than in normal colon tissues FoxM1:85.3%(81/95 )vs 7.5%(3/40);COX-2:87.4%(83/95) vs 12.5%(5/40);P〈0.05 ] .Enhanced expressions of FoxM 1 and COX-2 were still significantly correlated with the lymph node metastasis and advanced clin-ical stages in CRC (P〈0.05).Meanwhile,a positive correlation was observed between FoxM 1 and COX-2 experssions (r=0.638,P〈0.05).Conclusion Over-expressions of FoxM1 and COX-2 are significantly correlated with the lymph node metastasis and advanced clinical stage of CRC in the development and advancement of CRC .
