营养宣教对舰艇超重或肥胖官兵的影响

目的：评价营养宣教对舰艇官兵防治超重、肥胖的作用，为制定舰艇官兵营养宣教合理方案提供科学依据。方法将某水面舰艇部队两个大队106名自愿参加本次研究的超重、肥胖官兵分成两组：A大队为干预组53人，B大队为对照组53人，并对干预组进行营养宣教干预，然后比较两组体重和体重指数（ BMI）。结果经过1年的干预，干预组体重下降（0．83±1．12）kg，对照组体重升高（0．25±1．09）kg；干预组的体重、体重指数下降水平均较对照组明显降低（P＜0.05）。结论营养宣教对舰艇官兵获取营养知识，提高防治超重和肥胖的认识程度，增强各种防治措施的效果具有重要作用。

The influence of nutrition education on overweight or obese of seamen

Objective To observe the effects of evaluating the nutrition education on prevention and control of overweight and obese of seamen ,and to provide a scientific basis for drawing up nourishment education project reasonable .Methods 106 cases of o-verweight and obese volunteer of the naval ship force participated in this study and were divided into two groups ,a brigade to group A （intervention group） including 53 people,B group （control group） including 53 people,and the group A nutrition education interven-tion,and then compared two groups of body weight and body mass index （BMI）.Results After 1 year of intervention,intervention group weight loss of （0.83 ±1.12）kg,the control group weight rise by （0.25 ±1.09）kg.Body weight,body mass index falling levels in intervention group were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nutritional education can help seamen to obtain nutrition knowledge ,enhance the cognition degree of preventive and therapeutic overweight and obese and present an important role on enhancing the effects of various intervention and control measurement .
