摘    要:目的:探讨彩色多普勒显像技术在"糖尿病下肢血管病变"中的应用。方法:以飞利浦HDII彩色多普勒超声仪对800例临床已确诊的糖尿病住院患者进行深静脉检查,观察血管内中膜病变、硬化斑块、狭窄、血栓、闭塞等。结果:下肢血管动脉硬化722例,占总人数的90.25.%;管腔阶段性狭窄234例,占29.25%,狭窄指数20%~80%;胫前、胫后及足背动脉闭塞132例,占16.5%;静脉血栓形成31例,占7.75%;糖尿病坏疸被截肢者9例,占1.125%。结论:彩色多普勒血流显像技术在"糖尿病下肢血管病变"定性、定位方面有独到的临床价值,对早期诊断、治疗、预防、伤残评估、提高患者的生活质量有极其重要的意义。

Application of color flow Doppler imaging technique to diagnosis of diabetic lower-extremity arterial disease

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the application of color flow Doppler imaging technique to the diagnosis of diabetic lower-extremity arterial disease. Methods:Deep vein examination on the FA, PA, ATA, PTA and DPA was conducted in the 800 hospitalized confirmed diabetics by the Philips HDII Color Doppler Ultrasound Meter. Meanwhile, the vascular intima media state, arteriosclerosis plaque, stenosis, occlusion and thrombus were determined. Results: 722 cases had lower extremities arteriosclerosis, accounting for 90.25%, rough and irregular IMT1mm. 234 cases had medial calcification, fiber hyperplasia and luminal stenosis, caused by arteriosclerosis, accounting for 29.25% with a stenosis index of 20%-80%. 132 cases had ATA, PTA and DPA occlusion, accounting for 16.5%. 31 cases had venous thrombosis among which the PV thrombosis is more common, accounting for 7.75%. 9 cases had amputation caused by diabetic gangrene, accounting for 1.125%. Conclusion The CFDI has unique clinical value in the determination of the nature and location of diabetic lower-extremity arterial disease and is of great significance to the early diagnosis, treatment, prevention, injury and disability evaluation and improvement of the life quality of the patients.
