摘    要:对食物垃圾固态发酵生产微生物蛋白饲料的菌种进行了筛选试验.结果表明:酵母菌和霉菌联合作用于食物垃圾可以提高其粗蛋白含量,且粗蛋白含量随反应时间的延长而增加;康宁木霉3.2774与发酵水解液废液酵母2.570联合作用时效果最好,反应48 h后,食物垃圾样品的粗蛋白含量增加了5.09%,相对增量达34.56%,因此可以选择这2种菌种作为食物垃圾固态发酵生产微生物蛋白饲料的优选复合菌种.

Abstract:Test of selecting microbes on producing mycroprotein feed with food residue by solid termentation was canned out. The result showed that crude protein content in food residue could be increased by compound culture of microzyme and mildew, and crude protein content rose with reaction time increasing. The compound culture of Trichoderma koningii 3.2774 and Trichosporon cutaneum 2.570 could achieve best result. When reaction time was 48 h, crude protein content of food wastes in-creased by 5.09% , and relative increment was 34.56%. So the two microbes can be selected as feasible compound microbes on producing mycroprotein feed with food residue by solid fermentation.
