| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经肛门导管持续引流和间隙灌洗在新生儿长段型巨结肠的治疗和术前准备中的应用.方法 对新生儿长段型巨结肠的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 共收治3例新生儿长段型巨结肠,经肛门插入导管至扩张段后保留于原位,持续引流并间隙灌洗,3例患儿在置管期间均未发生小肠结肠炎、穿孔等并发症.结论 经肛门导管持续引流和间隙灌洗应用于新生儿长段型巨结肠的治疗和术前准备有较好的效果.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate a form of management with devised method oftransanal catheter fixation and simple frequent tube washouts in long segment-type Hirschsprung＇ s disease.Methods Clinical data about 3 neonates with long segment-type Hirschsprung＇ s disease were reviewed. Result There were 3 cases with long segment-type Hirschsprung＇ s disease,performing colonic irrigation through an indwelling transanal catheter until the operation could be performed,no complications such as enterocolitis and perforation happened. Conclusions This form of management with our devised method oftransanal catheter fixation and simple frequent tube washouts improved the preoperative quality of life. |
