经纤支镜诊治气管、支气管结核16例体会

目的：观察气管、支气管结核的临床、X线特征及纤支镜下的诊断和治疗效果。方法：回顾总结分析了16例气管、支气管结核临床、X线特征及经纤支镜诊断和治疗的方法。结果：(1)支气管黏膜充血水肿或出血8例；(2)支气管黏膜弥漫分布干酪结节4例；(3)腔内肿物或外压性狭窄4例。结论：纤支镜下刷检和活检对气管、支气管结核的诊断有重要价值；全身抗痨加纤支镜下用药治疗有效。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Bronchial Tuberculosis in 16 Patients by Fibrobronchoscope

Objective: To study the diaganosis and treatemt of patients with bronchial tuberculosis in clinical,chest X-ray features and by fibrobronchoscope. Methods: The clinical features,chest X-ray,the diagnosis and treatemt of sixteen patients with bronchial tuberculosis by fibrobronchoscope were analyzed retrospectively. Results: (1) Among these patients there were eight patients manifested hyperemia, edema or hemorrhage of bronchial mucous membraue ; (2) Caseating nodules were distributed diffusely on bronchial mucous membraue in four patients;(3) intraluminal neoplasm or straitness was showed in four patients by extraluminal oppression. Conclusion:It is valuable for diagnose the bronchial tuberculosis to test the patients by brush biopsy and sample biopsy with fibrobronchoscope. Antituberculosis treatemt combining local agent treatemt by fibrobronchoscope is effective.
