泮托拉唑治疗急性上消化道出血疗效观察

目的　观察泮托拉唑治疗上消化道出血的效果。方法　 98例急性上消化道出血患者经内镜诊断急性糜烂出血性胃炎 3 4例 ,十二指肠球部溃疡伴出血 5 2例 ,胃溃疡伴出血 12例。分三组治疗 ,A组静滴泮托拉唑 40mg 2次 /d ,B组静滴法莫替丁2 0mg 2次 /d ,C组静滴止血芳酸 0 3 2次 /d。结果　A组有效率 97 2 2 % ,B组有效率 78 79% ,C组有效率 5 5 17%。A组与B、C两组比较P <0 0 1。结论　泮托拉唑治疗急性上消化道出血疗效显著

Observe the therapeutic efficacies of the acute upper gastrointestinal tract heamorrhage with pantoprazole

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacies of the acute upper gastrointestinal tract heamorrhage with pantoprazole.Methods 98 patiens diagnosed acute upper gastrointestinal tract heamorrhage by endoscopy were allocated randomly into three groups:group A.B and C.Group A 36 cases were treated with pantoprazole 40mg VD bid; Group B 33 cases were treated with famotidine 20mg VD bid;Group C 29 cases were treated with acidi aminomethylbenzoici 300mg VD bid.The course of therapy was 48 hours.The status of clinical symptoms and side effects were observed and recorded in the period of treatments.Results The effective rate in group A?B and C were 97.22%?78.79% and 55.17% respectively.The differences were significant statistically between group A and C and between group B and C( P <0.01).Conclusions The pantoprazole seems to be best drug in the therapeutic effects of the acute upper gastrointestinal tract heamorrhage and the side-effect is less.
