| 摘 要： | 目的分析睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome，OSAHS）患者的多导睡眠监测特点。方法对呼吸睡眠暂停低通气综合征患者141例中并高血压者69例（高血压组）、血压正常者72例（对照组），进行两组间多导睡眠监测（polysomnogryphy，PSG）资料的比较。结果高血压组患者体块指数（body mass index，BMI）平均（30．67±3．46）kg／m^2，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；高血压组呼吸暂停低通气指数（apnea—hypopnea index，AHI）平均为54．59±26．48，明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；高血压组最低血氧饱和度明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论呼吸睡眠暂停低通气综合征患者患者呼吸暂停指数及最低血氧饱和度明显重于血压正常患者，但睡眠结构紊乱的程度基本接近。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the characteristics of polysomnography with obstructive sleep apneasyndrome （OSAHS） andhypertension. Methods Polysomnography was perfformed on 141 OSAHS patients. Of them,69 lad hypertension （ the hypertension group）and 72 did not（ the control group）. Results The BMI level was significantly higher in the hypertension group than in the control group [ （ 30.7 ± 3.5 ） kg/m^2 vs （ 28.2 ± 3.0） kg/m^2, P 〈 0.05 ], also the apnea-hypopnea index of the hypertension group was higher than that of the control group[ （54.6 ±26.5）vs（42.2 ±26.3） ,P 〈0.05]. Conclusion The sleep structure disorder is similar in the two groups. The low oxygen saturation of blood and apneahypopnea index are more serious OSAHS patients with hypertesion than in patients without hypertension. |
