优质护理在矽肺患者健康教育中的应用

目的观察优质护理在矽肺患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将100例矽肺患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组采取传统健康教育模式,观察组按优质护理服务为患者提供全程化、全面化、专业化的服务。比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度、健康教育知识掌握情况。结果观察组中实施优质护理前后,患者健康教育知识掌握率由20%提高至60%,对护理工作的满意度由38%提高至98%,而对照组两者变化不明显;实施优质护理后,观察组健康教育知识掌握率和对护理工作的满意度均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论运用优质护理服务于矽肺患者,提高了患者对相关的知识掌握率,护理满意度明显优于传统健康教育。

Application of High Quality Nursing Care in the Health Education in Patients with Silicosis

Objective To Observe the effect of application of high quality nursing care in health education in patients with silicosis. Methods The 100 cases of silicosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in the control group taken the traditional health edu- cation model,the observation group were provided high quality care for patients of full,comprehensive and professional services. Two groups were compared for nursing job satisfaction,health education knowledge to grasp. Results Before and after the implementation of high quality nursing observation group,health education of patients to master rate increased from 20% to 60%,the nursing satisfaction increased from 38% to 98%, while the control group are not obvious. After the implementation of high quality nursing,observation group health education to grasp the situation and on the nursing job satisfaction were higher（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Using high quality nursing service in silicosis patients,it improve the control rate of patients with health education,nursing satisfaction is obviously superior to the traditional health education.
