| 摘 要： | 中医药人才培养是促进中医药文化传承和发展的重要组成部分，先进、科学的培养计划和目标对其事业发展的推动具有积极的作用。我校长期致力于中医药人才的培养工作，近年来为我国医疗卫生系统输送了大量的人才，为医疗改革、人才队伍建设以及临床科研的发展提供了必要条件，并起到了一定的推动作用。

| Abstract: | Personnel training of traditional Chinese medicine is an important part to promote the cultural inheritance and development, the ad- vanced and scientific training plan and target have a positive role to promote its development. Long-term commitment to the talents cultivation of Chinese medicine was our school work, and has cultivated a large number of talents for China＇s medical and health system in recent years,and provides necessary conditions for health care reform,talent team construction and the development of clinical scientific research,and has played a certain role in promoting. |
