摘    要:幽门螺杆菌(HP)具有较高的尿素酶活性,生存在胃内,通过其特异性内毒素和对宿主的免疫反应损伤胃十二指肠粘膜。其与许多胃十二指肠疾病的关系已经明确,许多根除HP的疗法已经试用。日本胃肠病协会为了实行根除HP判断指标的标准化,提出了HP临床研究的规范。对于HP诊断,我们发展了一种新方法──竞争PCR用于检测HP,该法是对常规PCR的改进,可定量测定HP,亦可解决常规PCR中有时出现的假阴性和假阳性问题。

Abstract:Helicobacter pyleri(H. pylori) is known to have high urease activity,be able to live in the stomach, and injure the gastroduodenal mucosa by means of its specific endotoxin and immune response of the host. The relation of this bacterium to many gastroduodenal diseases has been clarified,and the various therapeutic regimen for eradication have been tried. In Japan,the Japanese Society of Gastroenterology proposed a guideline for clinical studies on H. pylori in order to standardize the method for eradication judgement. Regarding the H. pylori diagnosis,we have developed a method to quantitatively determine H. pylori using a competitive polymerase chain reaction method (c-PCR),which is a modification of the conventional PCR. This method can measure the amount of H.pylori consistently,and also eliminate the problems of false negative or false positive which are sometimes encountered in PCR.
