| Abstract: | The article suggests that in processes of accomplishing arduous tasks of clinical work , teaching, and 'research , clinical teachers should steadily perfect professional expertises and moral character without neglecting either aspect,thus forming a virtuous circle which makes health care services develop and flourish continuously;and in this way. they also set good examples to their students. |
