呼气法对鼻腔狭窄病人留置胃管效果观察

目的为了提高鼻腔狭窄病人经鼻留置胃管的舒适度和成功率。方法对我科术前需经鼻置胃管、胃管通过鼻瓣区困难91例病人的插管方法进行研究．将该组病人分为2组：实验组（51例）和对照组（40例）。对照组按常规方法进行插管，实验组在常规方法的基础上进行改进，通过呼气法进行插管。对插管时病人的舒适度与置管成功率进行观察。结果使用呼气法插管病人舒适度好。按常规方法进行插管因不易确定鼻瓣区开口，常需反复插管，舒适度差。呼气法能增大鼻瓣区开口角度并有效判断开口位置，提高置管成功率。结论使用呼气法可以有效提高鼻腔狭窄病人经鼻插胃管的舒适度与置管成功率。

Observation of the effect of exhalation method on indwelling gastric tube of patients with strait nasal cavity

Objective To improve the comfort degree and the success rate of indwelling gastric tube from nose in the patients with strait nasal cavity.Methods The methods of indwelling gastric tube to patients(n=91) with strait nasal cavity who required indwelling gastric tube before the operation were studied.Patients were divided into the test group(n=51) and the control group(n=40).Nose exhalation method and normal method were used in the test group and the control group,respectively.The comfort degree and success rate of indwelling gastric tube from nose were evaluated.Results The nose exhalation group had better comfort degree than the control group.The routine method could not judge the opening of nasal valve area easily so that it needs to indwell the tube again and again,thereby decreasing the comfort degree.The nose exhalation gastric tube indwelling method could wide the opening angle of nasal valve area and efficiently judge the opening to increase the success rate of the indwelling gastric tube.Conclusions The nose exhalation method could efficiently increase the success rate of the indwelling gastric tube from nose in the patients with strait nasal cavity,and could make the patients feel more comfortable.
