摘    要:目的 探讨医学本科生科研导师制的可行性,为推行导师制提供依据。方法 采用分层-整群抽样方法进行问卷调查,分析在校本科生科研参与现状、导师制科研训练参与意愿及影响因素。结果 在大学期间参与过科研的学生占16.98%,而愿意主动参与导师制科研训练的学生占84.59%。其中,女生比男生的参与意愿强烈[OR=2.179,95%CI(1.375~3.454)],年级越高,主动参与率越低[OR=0.786,95%CI(0.632~0.978)],有考研或参加推免研究生打算的学生主动参与率较低[OR=0.337,95%CI(0.204~0.558)]。结论 医学本科生早期科研训练参与意愿较强,受性别、年级、是否有考研打算的影响。在医学本科生中实施科研导师制具有可行性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility of on scientific research for medical undergraduates.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted with stratified cluster sampling method,and the situation,the participation of tutorial system and its influencing factors among medical undergraduates were analyzed.Results The medical undergraduates involved in scientific research accounted for 16.98%,and those who were willing to take the initiative to participate in the tutorial system students accounted for 84.59%.For participation intention to the tutorial system,females were stronger than that of the males [OR=2.179,95% CI(1.375-3.454)]. The higher the grade,the lower the active participation [OR=0.786,95% CI(0.632-0.978)],students who plan to continue with postgraduate education or join in a push avoid unripe had a lower participation rate than the others [OR=0.337,95% CI(0.204-0.558)].Conclusion The participation intention of early scientific research in medical undergraduates is strongly,and gender,grade and whether to continue with postgraduate education are independent influencing factors.The implementation of research tutorial system in medical undergraduate is feasible.
