通阳化气汤配合西医常规治疗脾虚湿蕴型慢性湿疹的疗效观察

目的观察通阳化气汤治疗脾虚湿蕴型慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法将68例脾虚湿蕴型慢性湿疹患者随机分为2组。对照组34例予常规西药治疗,治疗组34例在对照组治疗基础上加用通阳化气汤治疗。2组均2周为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后外周血嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)及血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平变化。结果治疗组总有效率91.18%,对照组总有效率79.41%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后EOS、IgE与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);对照组治疗后EOS、IgE与本组治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);2组治疗后EOS、IgE比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论通阳化气汤配合西医常规治疗脾虚湿蕴型慢性湿疹疗效确切,并能改善EOS、IgE水平。

Effects of the decoction for Activating-Yang and promoting Qi transformation combined with western rou-tine medicine on chronic eczema

Objective To observe the clinical effects of the decoction for Activating-Yang and promoting Qi transformation combined with western routine medicine on the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 68 chronic eczema patients with spleen deficiency and accumulated dampness type were randomly divided into two groups. 34 ca-ses in control group were treated by routine western treatment,and 34 cases in treatment group were treated by decoc-tion for Activating-Yang and promoting Qi transformation on the basis of control group treatment. The treatment course was 2 weeks for two courses in two groups. The curative effect was evaluated after tow courses. The peripheral blood eosinophilic granulocyte (EOS)and serum immunoglobulin E (IgE)before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (91. 17%)was superior to control group (79. 41%,P <0. 05). There were statistical differences on ESO and IgE between before and after treatment in treatment group (P <0. 05). There were no statistical differences on ESO and IgE between before and after treatment in control group (P> 0. 05). There were statistical differences on ESO and IgE after treatment between two groups (P > 0. 05). Con-clusion Decoction for Activating-Yang and promoting Qi transformation combined with western routine medicine has exact effect on the treatment of chronic eczema,can improve the levels of EOS and IgE.
