解毒清肺合剂治疗社区获得性肺炎痰热壅肺证临床疗效及其对血清中C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6表达的影响

目的观察解毒清肺合剂治疗社区获得性肺炎痰热壅肺证临床疗效及其对血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)表达的影响。方法将82例社区获得性肺炎痰热壅肺证随机分为2组。对照组42例予常规治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加用解毒清肺合剂治疗。2组均治疗10 d后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后中医症状总积分、住院时间、退热时间及血清中CRP、IL-6等变化。结果治疗组总有效率95.0%,对照组总有效率78.6%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后中医症状总积分均降低,且治疗组降低优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。2组住院时间、退热时间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。2组治疗后血清CRP、IL-6水平均降低,且治疗组降低IL-6水平优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);2组治疗后血清CRP比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论解毒清肺合剂可提高社区获得性肺炎痰热壅肺证患者临床疗效,并可降低血清中炎症因子的表达。

Clinical evaluation of detoxification-clearing lung mixture on treatment of community-acquired pneumo-nia in phlegm-heat obstructing lung type and it effects on serum c-reactive protein and Interleukin 6 ex-pression

Objective To observe the effects of detoxification-clearing lung mixture on serum c-reactive protein and Interleukin 6 expression on treatment of community-acquired pneumonia in phlegm-heat obstructing lung type. Methods 82 patients with community-acquired pneumonia in phlegm-heat obstructing lung type were randomly divided into two groups. 42 patients in control group treated by conventional treatment. 40 patients in treat-ment group were treated by detoxification-clearing lung mixtur on the basis of control group. The curative effect was evaluated after 10d treatment in two groups. The changes of the scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) symptoms before and after treatment,hospital stay,fever clearance time,serum c-reactive protein (CRP)and In-terleukin 6 (IL-6)were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (95. 0%)was superior to the control group (78. 6%),with statistical differences (P < 0. 05). The total scores of TCM symptoms in two groups were reduced,the reduction of treatment group was superior to the control group (P < 0. 05). The hospital stay and fever clearance time were no statistical differences (P > 0. 05). The level of CRP and IL-6 after treatment were decreased in two groups,and the decrease in treatment group was more significant (P < 0. 05). There were no sta-tistical differences on CRP after treatment in two groups (P> 0. 05). Conclusion Detoxification-clearing lung mixture can increase clinical effects in community-acquired pneumonia with phlegm-heat obstructing lung type,reduce the expression of inflammatory factor in serum.
