循证护理在中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作中的应用

目的探讨循证护理在中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作中的应用效果。方法将80例慢性支气管炎急性发作患者随机分为2组。2组均给予吸氧、止咳、化痰、头孢他啶等及清肺止咳汤治疗,对照组40例应用常规护理,观察组40例予循证护理。2组均2周为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后肺功能[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大呼气中期流量(MMEF)]变化,记录2组退热时间、止咳时间和肺部啰音消失时间。结果观察组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率80.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后FVC、FEV1及MMEF均改善(P0.05),且观察组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。观察组退热时间、止咳时间和肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P0.05)。结论循证护理明显提高中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效,改善肺功能,缩短临床症状消失时间。

Application of evidence-based nursing on acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis treated by integrated Chinese and western medicine

Objective To explore the application effects of evidence-based nursing (EBN) on acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis (AECB) treated by integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods 80 AECB patients were randomly divided into two groups.All subjects were received oxygen uptake,cough suppressant,phlegm dispersing,cefiazidime and decoction for clearing lung to stop coughing.40 subjects in control group were received routine nursing.40 subjects in observation group were received EBN.The course was two weeks in two groups.The curative effect was evaluated after a course.The forced vital capacity (FVC),forced expiratory volume in first second (FEV1),maximal mid-expiratory flow (MMEF) before and after treatment were observed in two groups,as well as the time of fever subsidence,cough suppressant and pulmonary rales disappeared.Results The total effective rate in observation group (95.00％) was superior to that in control group (80.00％,P ＜ 0.05).The FVC,FEV1 and MMEF after treatment were improved in two groups (P ＜ 0.05),and the improvement in observation group was superior to that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The time of fever subsidence,cough suppressant and pulmonary rales disappeared in treatment group were shorter than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion EBN can significantly improve the curative effects on AECB treated by integrated Chinese and western medicine,improve pulmonary function,shorten the extinction time of clinical symptoms.
