中西医结合治疗痛风患者临床疗效观察及安全性评价

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗痛风患者临床疗效观察及其安全性评价。方法选自2014年1月至2015年1月期间收治的92例痛风患者，依据随机数字表法随机分为治疗组46例与对照组46例。治疗组采用中西医结合治疗，对照组仅采用西医治疗。2组疗程均为10 d。比较2组患者治疗总有效率，治疗后关节疼痛缓解时间和关节红肿时间，治疗前后血清白介素－1β（ IL－1β）、 C 反应蛋白（ CRP）、血沉（ ESR）水平变化及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率（95．65％）高于对照组（76．09％）（ P＜0．01）；治疗组关节疼痛缓解时间和关节红肿时间明显优于对照组（ P＜0．05）；2组血清 IL－1β、 CRP、 ESR 治疗后明显下降（ P ＜0．05）；治疗组血清 IL－1β、CRP、 ESR治疗后低于对照组（P＜0．05）；治疗期间2组均未见严重药物不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗痛风患者临床疗效显著，且安全可靠，具有重要研究意义。

Clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Chinese and western medicine in treating patients with gout

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Chinese and western medicine in treating gout.Methods 92 cases of gout patients admitted into our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, were randomly divided into treatment group 46 cases and 46 cases control group according to random number table method.The treatment group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine ,and the control group was treated with western medicine only .The course of the two groups was 10 d.The total effective rate,after treatment of joint pain relief time and joint swelling time ,before and after the treatment of serum inter-leukin-1β( IL-1β) , C reactive protein ( CRP ) , erythrocyte sedimentation rate ( ESR ) level change and adverse reactions during treatment were compared in the two groups .Results The total effective rate in the treatment group(95.65%)was higher than that in the control group (76.09%)(P<0.01).The joint pain relief time and joint swelling time of the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P<0.05) .The serum levels of IL-1β,CRP and ESR were decreased significantly after treatment in the two groups ( P<0.05) . The serum IL-1β,CRP and ESR in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05 ) .No serious adverse drug reactions were observed in the two groups during the treatment .Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Chinese and western medicine treatment in treating gout is significant , and safe and reliable , which has important research significance .
