葛根素联合门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床观察及对妊娠结局的影响

目的：观察葛根素联合门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病（ GDM）的临床疗效及对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2013年6月至2015年12月诊治的GDM患者100例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组给予门冬胰岛素治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用葛根素注射液治疗。比较2组临床疗效、空腹血糖（ FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 hPBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、夜间血糖、总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白（ LDL-C）、胱抑素C（ Cys C）、同型半胱氨酸（ HCY）水平。评估2组孕妇妊娠结局及新生儿围生期并发症发生情况。结果2组治疗后FBG、2 hPBG、HbA1c、夜间血糖、TC、TG、Cys C、HCY水平较治疗前显著降低，HDL-C水平较治疗前显著升高（ P ＜0(．05），但观察组以上指标改善程度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。观察组母婴不良结局发生率较对照组明显降低，满意度较对照组明显升高，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。结论葛根素联合门冬胰岛素能够有效降低妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖、血脂水平及母婴并发症发生率。

Therapeutic effects of puerarin combined with insulin aspart on gestational diabetes mellitus and their effects on pregnancy outcome

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of puerarin combined with insulin aspart on gestational diabetes mellitus ( GDM) and their effects on pregnancy outcome.Methods A total of 100 patients with GDM who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group ( n =50) and control group ( n =50).The patients in control group were treated by insulin aspart,however,the patients in observation group were treated by puerarin combined with insulin aspart.After treatment,the clinical curative effects,the levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPBG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1C), nighttime blood glucose, total cholesterol (TC), trigalloyl glycerol (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C) , cystatin C ( Cys C) and homocysteine ( HCY) were detected in both groups.Moreover the pregnancy outcomes of patients with GMD and complications of neonates at perinatal period were observed and compared between two groups.Results After treatment, the levels of FBG, 2hPBG, HbA1C, nighttime blood glucose,TC,TG,Cys C, HCY were significantly decreased in both groups, however,the levels of HDL-C were significantly increased, as compared with those before treatment.Moreover the improvement degree of these indexes mentioned above in observation group was superior to that in control group ( P <0.05).The incidence rates of bad pregnancy outcome and complications of neonates in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, and the satisfactory degree in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion The puerarin combined with insulin aspart can effectively decrease the levels of blood sugar, blood lipids of patients with GDM, and can reduce the incidence rates of maternal and infantile complications.
