双通道视觉质量分析系统在单眼弱视患者中的应用

摘    要:目的:运用双通道视觉质量分析系统分析单眼弱视患者弱视眼与非弱视眼的客观视觉质量。方法28例就诊的单眼弱视患者的双眼分别应用基于双通道技术的视觉质量分析系统( OQASTM II)进行测量,检测记录并分析以下参数:MTF截止空间频率(MTF cut off)、斯特列尔比值(strehl ratio,SR)、客观散射指数(objective scattering in-dex,OSI)值、对比度分别为100%、20%和9%时的对比度视力( visual acuity,VA)值,并比较双眼之间的差异及造成两者差异的原因。结果非弱视眼DSI值与弱视眼比较,差异无统计学意义( P >0.05)。非弱视眼MTF cut off值、SR值与弱视眼比较,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。非弱视眼100%、20%、9%时VA值弱视眼比较,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。双眼视觉质量与患者年龄、最佳矫正视力、等效球镜无相关性( P <0.05)。结论双通道视觉质量分析系统可较全面、客观地评估弱视患者的视觉质量,对弱视患者的诊断提供临床客观依据。

Application of double-pass optical quality analysis system in patients with monocular amblyopia
Abstract:Objective To compare the objective optical quality between monocular amblyopia eye and the eyes without amblyopia by means of double-pass optical quality analysis system ( OQASTM II) .Methods Twenty-eight patients with monocular amblyopia ( both eyes ) were examined by double-pass OQASTM II, the parameters including modulation transfer function cutoff frequency (MTFcut off),Strehl ratio (SR), objective scatter index (OSI), visual acuity (VA) in contrast degree of 100%, 20%, 9%, respectively,were detected and analyzed,moreover, the differences between two eyes and the causes were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in DSI value between non-amblyopia eye and amblyopia eye ( P >0.05).However there were significant differences in MTF cut off, SR value between non-amblyopia eye and amblyopia eye ( P <0.05), moreover, there was significant difference in VA value in contrast degree of 100%, 20%, 9%,respectively between non-amblyopia eye and amblyopia eye ( P <0.05),Besides binocular vision was not correlated to patient's age, optimized corrected vision and equivalent spherical lens ( P >0.05) .Conclusion The double-pass OQASTM II can evaluate comparatively completely and objectively the optical quality of patients with amblyopia, which can provide objective basis for clinical diagnosis for patients with amblyopia.
