丹红注射液对腰椎间盘突出症椎间盘镜微创术后患者血清 IL-6、PGE2及 CRP 水平的影响研究

目的：探讨丹红注射液对腰椎间盘突出症椎间盘镜微创术后患者血清白介素-6（ IL-6）、前列腺素E2（ PGE2）及C-反应蛋白（ CRP）水平的影响。方法选取腰椎间盘突出症患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。2组患者均行椎间盘镜微创术，观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上静脉注射丹红注射液，分别采集2组患者手术前、术后第1、4、7天的外周血，以检测相关的炎性因子水平（ IL-6、PGE2及CRP）。结果术前2组患者的IL-6、PGE2及CRP水平差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0垐．05），观察组患者术后第4天的IL-6浓度达到最低值，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；PGE2浓度其与对照组相比，仅第7天差异比较有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）；2组患者的CRP浓度在术后第4天和第7天均有所下降，但第7天下降最明显，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。结论丹红注射液在改善患者的IL-6、PGE2及CRP水平方面优于对照组，为其中药药理学提供依据，为其临床推广奠定基础。

Effects of Danhong injection on serum levels of IL-6,PGE2,CRP in patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion after diskoscope minimally invasive surgery

Objective To observe the effects of Danhong injection on serum levels of interleukin-6 ( IL-6 ) , prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion after diskoscope minimally invasive surgery.Methods Eighty patients with lubar intervertebral disc protrusion pneumonia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in both groups underwent diskoscope minimally invasive surgery, after operation the patients in control group were treated by conventional therapy,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group, were treated by Danhong intravenous injection.The peripheral blood specimens were collected before operation and on 1d,4d,7d after operation,and the serum levels of IL-6,PGE2,CRP were detected and compared between two groups.Results Before operation there were no significant differences in the serum levels of IL-6,PGE2,CRP between two groups ( P >0.05).The levels of IL-6 on 4d after operation in observation group reached the minimum value,as compared with those in control group ( P <0.05).There were significant differences in the serum levels of PGE2 only on 7d after operation between two groups ( P <0.05) .The levels of CRP in both groups were decreased on 4d,7d after operation at some extent,however,which were significantly decreased on 7d after operation ( P <0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection is superior to control group in improvement of the levels IL-6, PGE2 and CRP,which provides an experimental basis for TCM pharmacology and establishes a foundation for clinical application.
