感应神经性耳聋采用针刺及配合中药穴位注射的疗效观察

目的：探讨感应神经性耳聋患者采用针刺配合中药穴位注射治疗的临床效果。方法将114例（142耳）感应神经性耳聋患者随机分为对照组38例（49耳）、针刺治疗组38例（46耳）与联合治疗组38例（47耳），分别给予口服西药、单纯针刺与针刺联合中药穴注治疗方式，比较3组患者听阈改善效果与临床疗效，并观察临床疗效影响因素。结果联合治疗组患者治疗后的纯音气导平均听阈、听性脑干电反应的波V反应阈均明显好于对照组与针刺治疗组（ P ＜0．05）；联合治疗组患者的临床有效率显著高于对照组与治疗组（ P ＜0．05）；耳聋分级、病程与年龄是临床疗效的主要影响因素。结论针刺联合中药穴注治疗感应神经性耳聋的临床效果较高，适宜临床推广应用。

Therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection with traditional Chinese medicines on neurosensory deafness

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection with traditional Chinese medicines on neurosensory deafness .Methods One hundred and fourteen patients ( 142 ears ) were randomly divided into control group ( n =38,46 ears),acupuncture treatment group ( n =38,46 ears) and combination treatment group ( n =38 , 47 ears ) .The patients in the three groups were treated with oral western medicines , simple acupuncture , acupuncture combined with acupoint injection with traditional Chinese medicines , respectively .The hearing threshold improvement effects and clinical curative effects were observed and compared among the three groups , and the influencing factors on clinical curative effects were observed too .Results The average pure tone air conduction audibility threshold and wave V response threshold of auditory brain -stem electric response in combination treatment group were superior to those in the other two groups ( P <0.05 ).The clinical effective rates in combination treatment group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups ( P <0.05).Moreover deafness classification,course of disease and patient’s age were the main influencing factors on clinical curative effects .Conclusion The acupuncture combined with acupoint injection with traditional Chinese medicines has obvious clinical effects on neurosensory deafness , thus, which is suitable for wide application in clinical practice .
