黄芪煎剂联合西医常规疗法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效观察及对免疫功能的影响

目的观察黄芪煎剂联合西医常规疗法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效,并探讨其对患儿机体免疫功能的影响。方法将126例小儿反复患呼吸道感染患者随机分为2组。对照组63例根据检查结果在急性发作期予抗病毒或抗生素对症治疗,稳定期则予补充维生素D、锌、铁、钙治疗,治疗组63例在对照组常规治疗基础上加用黄芪煎剂内服治疗。2组均2周为1个疗程,4个疗程后统计临床疗效,并观察2组咳嗽、发热、喘息、肺内啰音等主要症状消失时间,检测治疗前后与机体免疫功能相关的血清免疫球蛋白及T淋巴细胞亚群的水平变化情况。结果治疗组有效率90.4%,对照组有效率73.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组咳嗽、发热、喘息、肺内啰音的消失时间短于对照组(P0.05)。2组治疗后血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、IgA、IgM及T淋巴细胞亚群CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+水平较治疗前均升高(P0.05),且治疗组升高幅度优于对照组(P0.05)。结论黄芪煎剂联合西医常规治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效确切,且能有效缓解患儿的不适症状,提高患儿的机体免疫力。

Effect of Huangqi decoction combined with western routine therapy on immune function in children with reccurrent respiratory infection

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huangqi decoction combined with western routine therapy on the treatment of recurrent respiratory infection (RRI) in children,and the effect in immune function.Methods 120 children with RRI were randomly divided into two groups.63 subjects in control group were treated by antiviral or antibiotic symptomatic treatment in acute attack,and received vitamin D,Zn,Fe and Ca in stable period.63 subjects in treatment were treated by Huangqi decoction for oral administration on the basis of control group treatment.The treatment course was two weeks in two groups.The curative effect was evaluated after four courses.The extinction time of main symptoms including cough,fever,gasp and pulmonary rales were observed in two groups,as well as the immunoglobulin which related with body immune function and the changes of T cell subgroup before and after treatment.Results The effective rate in treatment group (90.4％) was superior to that in control group (73.0％,P ＜ 0.05).The extinction times of cough,fever,gasp and pulmonary rales in treatment group were shorter than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin (IgG,IgA,IgM) and T cell subgroup (CD3 + 、CD4 + 、CD8 +) after treatment were increased in two groups (P ＜ 0.05),and the increase in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Huangqi decoction combined with western routine therapy has exact effect on the treatment of RRI in children,can effectively ease discomfort and shorten recovery time,improve immune function.
