| 摘 要： | 肾癌患者经常发生免疫功能障碍，免疫治疗在肾癌患者中有一定发展前景。但常规的免疫疗法不能对免疫系统产生影响，而新型的免疫调节剂，尤其是通过阻断某些免疫检测点（如PD－1），能显著增强抗肿瘤免疫功能。就目前多种阻断PD－1／PD－L1通路靶向抗体的研究进展作一总结，为今后的研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | The frequent presence of immunologic dysfunctions in RCC , have rendered this tumor a privileged field for the development of immunotherapy .However ,older immunotherapeutics failed to impact on immune sys-tem anergy , while novel immune modulating agents , and especially antibodies blocking several immune check-points,such as programmed death receptor-1(PD-1),can significantly enhance antitumor immunity .The authors have summarized the the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway blockade by targeted-antibodies ( against PD-1 or PD-L1 ) in order to provide some references for the study in the future . |
