摘 要: | 目的:检测VEGF、Bmi-1在结肠癌及癌旁正常组织中的表达,并分析其与临床病理参数的相关性。方法选取2009年1月至2012年12月的结肠癌患者60例为观察组,同期癌旁正常组织20例为对照组,采用免疫组织化学检测结肠癌组织和癌旁正常组织中VEGF、Bmi-1的表达情况,并分析其与结肠癌临床病理特点、预后及相互关系。结果免疫组织化学检测显示观察组VEGF、Bmi-1表达明显高于对照组( P <0.05),观察组VEGF、Bmi-1表达均与淋巴结转移、组织分化程度、TNM分期有关( P <0.05),而二者的表达与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无关( P >0.05),观察组患者结肠癌组织中VEGF、Bmi-1表达呈显著正相关( r =0.667, P <0.05),VEGF表达阳性者3年生存率与表达阴性者生存率差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。结论 VEGF、Bmi-1表达与结肠癌发生,发展密切相关, VEGF可作为结肠癌评估预后的观测指标。

Expression and significance of VEGF and Bmi-1 in colon cancer tissues |

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF and Bmi-1 in colon cancer tisues and peritumoral normal tissues,and to analyze its correlation with clinicopathological parameters.Methods Sixty patients with colon cancer who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2012 were served as observation group, meanwhile,20 cases of peritumoral normal tissues were served as control group.The expression levels of VEGF and Bmi-1 in colon cancer tissues and peritumoral normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining,moreover, the correlation between their expressions and clinicopathological characteristics as well as patient ’ s prognosis was analyzed.Results Immunohistochemistry showed that the expression levels of VEGF, Bmi-1 in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05).The expressions of VEGF, Bmi-1 in observation group were closely correlated to lymphnode metastasis,histodifferentiation degree, TNM staging of colon cancer ( P <0.05), however,which were not related with patient’ s age and gender,tumor size ( P >0.05).The expression of VEGF in colon cancer tissues was positively correlated to that of Bmi-1 in observation group ( r =0.667, P <0.05).Moreover, there was a significant difference in 3-year survival rate between patients with VEGF positive expression and patients with VEGF negative expression ( P <0.05) . Conclusion The expressions of VEGF and Bmi-1 are closely correlated to the pathogenesis and development of colon cancer, thus, VEGF can be regarded as the index to evaluate the prognosis of colon cancer. |
