干扰素α—2b治疗急性和慢性丙型肝炎疗效分析

目的 探讨重组干扰素治疗急性和慢性丙型肝炎的近期与远期疗效及影响疗效的因素。方法 IFNα -2b3Mu皮下注射 ,隔天1次 ,6个月一疗程 ,治疗急性丙型肝炎24例 ,阳性丙型肝炎38例 ,治疗后随访2～4年。结果 急性丙型肝炎治疗结束时应答率和无应答率分别为66.7 % (16/24)和33.3 %(8/24) ,慢性丙型肝炎治疗结束时应答率和无应答率分别为39.5%(15/38)和60.5%(23/38) ,急性丙型肝炎治疗结束时应答率显著高于慢性丙型肝炎 (p<0.05) ,随访2～4年急性丙型肝炎稳定应答率54.2% (13/24)也显著较慢性丙型肝炎稳定应答率28.9 % (11/38)高 (p<0.05)。干扰素中和抗体阳性者治疗结束时应答率和稳定应答率分别为33.3% (8/24)和20.8 % (5/24) ,干扰素中和抗体阴性者治疗结束时应答率和稳定应答率分别为65.2% (15/23)和56.6% (13/23)。干扰素中和抗体阴性者治疗结束时应答率和稳定应答率均显著高于干扰素中和抗体阳性者 (均 p<0.05)。结论 丙型肝炎早期应用干扰素疗效好 ,干扰素中和抗体的产生将降低干扰素疗效

Efficacy of interferon

Objective To explore the efficacy of interferonα - 2b in treatment of acute and chronic hepatitis C. Methods 24 cases of acute hepatitis C patients and 38 cases of chronic hepatitis C patients received 3 MU intefferonα - 2b subcutaneously every two days for 6 months, and they were followed up for 2 ～ 4 years. Results After completing the therapy, the response rate of acute and chronic hepatitis C were 66.7% and 39.5% respectively (p < 0.05) . During the 2 ～ 4 years follow - up, the stable response rate of acute hepatitis C was significantly higher than that of chronic hepatitis C (54.2% vs. 28.9%, p < 0.05). The response rate and stable response rate of those who with neutralization antibody of interferon were 33.3% and 20.8%, which were significantly lower than those without neutralization antibody of interferon. Conclusion Interferonα - 2b had good effects on treating early hepatitis C, and the generation of interferon neutralization antibody would reduce the effects.
