| 摘 要： | 目的:评价重症哮喘的综合治疗方法及疗效.方法:全部患者均在有效的抗感染、吸氧、补液的基础上予静滴氨茶碱、甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠及必可酮气雾剂吸入加上及时机械通气.结果:按以上治疗方法有效率达98%左右.结论:重症哮喘治疗强调联合用药,规范的激素治疗和及时机械通气是治疗成功的重要措施

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the treatment of severe asthma General Ways and efficacy.Methods:All patients are at an effective anti-infection,oxygen,on the basis of rehydration to intravenous aminophylline,methylprednisolone sodium succinate and ketone must be combined with aerosol inhalation of timely mechanical ventilation.Results:The above treatment has around 98% efficiency.Conclusion:The treatment of severe asthma medication United emphasis and standard hormone therapy and timely treatment of mechanical venti... |
