| 摘 要： | 目的客观分析医院手术器械使用一段时间后发生变色的原因,寻求相应的解决措施。方法重庆市4所三级医院中分批抽取清洗消毒后的常规手术器械1 200件,分成4组进行检测,分类统计器械发生变色的结果,并分析器械变色的原因,最后再进行抢救性处理。结果每组器械都有8.4%-29.3%的变色率,主要有4种变色现象,经抢救性处理后效果明显。结论规范化的清洗、消毒和使用手术器械,是避免手术器械发生变色、降低医疗风险的根本所在。
